Recently, a user conducted a hands-on test comparing NotebookLM and ima’s DS3.2 while studying for final exams. As a pro user, they found that NotebookLM’s text comprehension abilities lag behind ima’s DS3.2. Specifically, when the user submitted tasks to NotebookLM, the results were significantly worse than those generated by Gemini alone, while ima’s DS3.2 demonstrated excellent performance in text understanding. This comparison reveals performance differences between various AI tools in text processing, providing valuable insights for AI users. The user emphasized that this conclusion is limited to the field of text comprehension but sufficiently reflects the practical application effects of current AI tools.
