UltimateRAG is an open-source project that breaks down RAG technology into 5 clear stages, evolving from a basic demo to an enterprise-grade and research-level system. Through five carefully designed stages, the project addresses core challenges in RAG applications: Stage 1 implements a minimum viable closed loop; Stage 2 resolves performance instability; Stage 3 handles complex problem decomposition; Stage 4 approaches research and complex business scenarios; Stage 5 achieves optimization for long-term system operation.
