The product limits expression through a ‘high-friction’ mechanism, introducing ritualized interactions like ‘slow writing reflection’, allowing users to feel the weight of expression through restraint. The interface design is minimalist, featuring only an email icon and three status entries, with an immersive deep sea or starry sky background, creating a meditation-like digital space. The business model is designed around ‘restraint’, setting barriers to eliminate anxiety.
