The author has developed an open-source AI journal project called ‘Ink & Memory’, deployed on GitHub. In this project, an AI intelligent agent provides real-time comments, companionship, mental inspiration, or criticism as users write, aiming to explore the empathetic capabilities between AI and humans. The author encourages users to try it out and shares current challenges, such as vague responses, being overly preachy, and ignoring core topics. Additionally, the author introduces another visual Spec and Context management tool project and discusses the practical challenges of the Spec-driven development paradigm, pointing out that AI may make errors when blindly following specifications. This sharing provides valuable insights for AI applications, showcasing the potential and limitations of AI in personal emotional expression and development tools, and advancing the exploration of AI in the field of empathetic technology.
