Recently, users in the Linux community have reported an error message with the Claude Code tool: ‘Error: No task found with ID xxx’. After searching on GitHub, users discovered an open issue (#14055) in Anthropic’s official repository titled ‘Parallel Task agents intermittently lose output content’, which describes the problem of parallel agents intermittently losing output content. However, this issue has not yet been resolved. Notably, users have explicitly stated that they are not using the parallel agent feature, but rather waiting for a single agent to complete its run before obtaining results. This suggests that the error may not be limited to parallel scenarios and could also affect single-agent usage, which developers should be wary of. Currently, users are advised to follow Anthropic’s official channels for information on fixes.
